The Weather Channel developed a series of videos on coastal disasters along the Interstate 10 highway. IDRT’s Director, Sam Brody, is featured at the 5:15 minute mark of the first video. Sam discusses the impact of coastal storm events on Texas.

The Weather Channel describes the video series as an examination of “Disaster Road.” Along I-10 from Houston to Florida Pan handle, disaster after disaster has left those who can least afford it further and further behind, and forcing many to live life in perpetual recovery. For others, a lifestyle known for generations has been forever lost.
